you are thinking of buying a used Nissan Altima be sure to see if there are any manufacture recalls for the car that you should be aware of. The NHTSA compiles a list of all reported problems from car owners all over the country and if there is a defective part, they will release a recall with instructions on how and where to get it fixed. Many times these fixes are free but be sure to check out the recall history of the cars you are interested in before you make your final decision.
